Hamza Yaafar

Hello, my name is Hamza Yaafar. I am currently a junior at the International School of Panama and I will be chairing the PANAMUN XXVII Commision on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice. I am Panamanian and have attended the International School of Panama my whole life. I am part of my school’s debate team and have attended many conferences including, HACIA Democracy, CEP MOAS, and THIMUN. This will be my fifth year participating in PANAMUN and it will be my ninth debate conference. I believe that every single delegate has the capability of participating in ways that change the debate in positive ways, which is why I encourage all of you to do so. I am excited to meet you all during the conference.

Luca Miolli

Hello delegates and welcome to PANAMUN XXVII. My name is Luca Miolli and I am currently a senior at the International School of Panama. This is my second year here living in Panama. I am originally from Mexico and Italy. Although I have also lived in Venezuela and Argentina. From living in many different places I know four different languages, Spanish, English, Portuguese and Italian. This year I have the honor to be able to chair for the first time, I am excited to be your chair. The Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice (CCPCJ) committee is special to me as it was my first committee here at PANAMUN last year. This year I get to chair it and be your chair delegates. Outside of school I love to play soccer, workout, and make music. I am extremely excited to meet all of you and be able to have a great MUN experience. See you at PANAMUN XXVII delegates.
