Hello delegates, my name is Lance Newman and I’m currently a junior at the International School of Panama. I’ve lived in Chile, Bolivia, Jamaica, and the U.S., moving to Panama three years ago. Some of my passions apart from debate include engineering, running, and weight lifting- I enjoy pushing myself mentally and physically. I love how Model United Nations can bring the real world problem solving out of everyday students, and can help us see from different points of view. This PANAMUN XXVIII conference I have the honor of chairing the CCPCJ. I hope you are as enthusiastic about solving these world problems as I am, and I look forward to seeing you in debate.

Greetings, fellow delegates and welcome to PANAMUN XXVII. My name is Nicole Clesca. I am from Caracas, Venezuela and currently a 10th grade student at The English School in Bogotá, Colombia. Nowadays, I am the Director of External Affairs of TESMUN XVII. My passion for debating emerged when I was in 8th grade. Since then, I have attended conferences such as FWWNY, IDMUN and many other conferences in Bogotá. Besides MUN, I also have a passion for musical theater and I aspire to study International Business and Business Administration in Europe. I am glad to be your chair in The Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice; Encouraging all of you to do your best!
