Daniel Petrosky

Hello, delegates! My name is Daniel Petrosky, and I am a junior at the International School of Panama. I am from Panama and have lived here my whole life. Growing up, I have always been invested in learning about global issues in other countries, as I enjoy learning what is going on, where it is going on, and why it is going on. Since my first participation in MUN in 7th grade, my passion and dedication to the activity have only continued to grow, and now in my 5th PANAMUN conference, I am honored to be participating as a chair in the World Health Organization (WHO) committee. Aside from MUN and debate overall, I enjoy traveling around the world, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family. PANAMUN is a life-changing experience, which helps delegates build and strengthen their public speaking skills, problem-solving skills, and more. During the conference,  I encourage delegates to step outside their comfort zones and challenge themselves to do the best they can, even while debating positions they may not particularly agree with. PANAMUN is truly an unparalleled experience, therefore I am counting down the days to this year's conference, and to have you in the WHO committee.

Seoyun Bae

Hello, delegates! My name is Seoyun Bae, and I am currently a senior at the International School of Panama. It is an honor to be one of the chairs of the World Health Organization in PANAMUN XXXI. To tell you a little about my life, I was born and raised in Korea for 7 years until I moved to the Philippines, where I spent a great portion of my childhood. I then moved back to Korea for a year and a half, and I have been living here in Panama for more than 3 years now. My MUN journey began in 9th grade when I participated in PANAMUN XXVII as the delegate of Panama in ECOSOC. I continued to grow stronger in debate as I moved my way through various other conferences and eventually began to see the beauty of MUN in that you are able to find your voice and create unforgettable memories. As a fun fact, I was the chair of WHO last year in PANAMUN 30 as well! Apart from debate, I am passionate about medicine, and I love to spend time with my friends. I am very excited to see you all in person and chair for WHO. I hope that you all have a wonderful experience at PANAMUN XXXI. Looking forward to seeing you all in October!
