Hello, Delegates! My name is Emma Giannicchi, and I am currently a Junior at the International School of Panama. I am honoured to be one of your chairs for PANAMUN XXXIII this year in the Disarmament and International Security Committee. Although I was born in the United States and have lived all over the world, I consider myself Italian, as my entire family is from Italy. I have been at ISP for five years now and have since participated in five MUN conferences. My passion for MUN was sparked during my first conference in ninth grade, it being PANAMUN. Through the unique opportunities offered by each conference, I have significantly enhanced my skills in public speaking and diplomacy. My experience has not only deepened my understanding of global issues but also instilled in me a passion for creating positive change. Beyond my involvement in debate and diplomacy, I am an avid movie enthusiast who enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as travelling. I promise to do my utmost to create an engaging and enjoyable experience for everyone. I look forward to meeting you all soon and working together to make this conference truly unforgettable! If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me or my co-chair.
