Hello everyone!
My name is Lucas Ramirez, and I am incredibly honored to be the Deputy Secretary General of Marketing & Communications for PANAMUN XXXIV. I am going into my senior year at ISP, and this is the 4th PANAMUN that I will be participating in. I was born and raised in Panama, but I have family from both Colombia and Greece. Outside of PANAMUN and academics, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, playing sports, and traveling!

My first experience in PANAMUN was in freshman year, as a nervous yet excited delegate with no experience in debate. As time went on during the conference it turned into a deeply fulfilling and enjoyable experience. I was awarded best delegate and that was the motivation that I needed to continue my MUN journey. In 10th grade, I got the opportunity to become a chair, strengthening my leadership skills and making my love for debate grow stronger. In the following year, 11th, I worked in marketing & communications as the head of social media, making me realize where my passion lies in debate.

I am supremely excited to take on such an exciting opportunity for PANAMUN XXXIV. It makes me very proud to have such a profound impact on a conference that has truly embraced me.
