Hello everyone!

My name is Viktoria Paluchowski, but feel free to address me as Vik. I am honored to serve as Deputy Secretary General of Admin Staff this PANAMUN XXXIII. I am currently a Senior, and this year marks my third PANAMUN. I am German-Chilean, but I've lived in Panama my whole life. I moved to ISP in 10th grade. ISP has allowed me to explore myself and my hobbies in so many ways ever since I arrived here, and I've found myself surrounded by amazing and caring people. Aside from PANAMUN, I enjoy swimming (if you ask me, I won't stop talking about it), baking, and spending time with my friends and family.

My first PANAMUN experience was in 10th grade, where it was transferred to being an online conference due to political issues in Panama. Here, I found out that debating was nothing for me, so the following year I applied to become a part of the admin staff. Being an admin was so much more fun than I expected it to be, and it genuinely made me fall in love with working backstage to make such a big conference run smoothly. From creating a unique door design for my committee, to passing notes and helping delegates, this job opened my eyes, allowing me to explore other areas that I didn't know I liked. Although debating was nothing for me, working as an admin showed me that you don't have to be in the spotlight to do something meaningful.

As I worked as an Admin, I saw the amazing job that the DSG of Admins had, and I aspired to achieve it. Here I am, fulfilling that dream. I know that I will not only work behind the scenes with planning, but I will also lead, along with my heads, new admins into finding their passion and loving this job as much as I did. I am so excited to work alongside the rest of the Secretariat for this year's conference, and I hope to inspire the next generation of Admins.
