Hello delegates, my name is Antonella Polini and I will be the Middle School World Health Organization chair for PANAMUN XXXIII. I am a current Junior at the International School of Panama. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and lived in Bogota, Colombia for 10 years. My MUN experience started when I was in 6th grade. I had heard about the opportunity to be involved in a model United Nations from my older brother. When I found out that I could participate in Middle School, I immediately signed up. During the conference, I was the delegate of Mexico in a Spanish committee about nature. Afterward, I continued my MUN experience in ISP from the 8th grade onwards. This will be my second year as an MS PANAMUN chair, and my overall 6th MUN conference. As a chair, I am excited to guide you all through a fruitful debate where you can too love debating and getting to learn about the world as much as I do. I truly realized my love for debate when I won the best delegate award as Colombia in UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees). Nevertheless, I can’t wait to share my second chair experience with you all.
