Hello, delegates! My name is Michelle Aedo, and I will be one of your chairs this year for PANAMUN XXXIV in the United Nations Commission on Science and Technology for Development (UNSTD). I am currently a senior at the International School of Panama. Some of my hobbies outside MUN include volleyball and the piano. My first introduction to MUN was in 8th grade when I lived in Mexico City. Since then, I’ve participated in PANAMUN and another conference. This will be my second time chairing for PANAMUN. Throughout my debate and MUN experience, I’ve learned to voice my opinions, discuss complex issues, and think on my feet. I’ve developed a love for debate, making it central to my high school experience. I am thrilled to be working with you all!
