Emma Giannicchi
Hello, Delegates! My name is Emma Giannicchi, and I am currently a Junior at the International School of Panama. I am honoured to be one of your chairs for PANAMUN XXXIII this year in the Disarmament and International Security Committee. Although I was born in the United States and have lived all over the world, I consider myself Italian, as my entire family is from Italy. I have been at ISP for five years now and have since participated in five MUN conferences. My passion for MUN was sparked during my first conference in ninth grade, it being PANAMUN. Through the unique opportunities offered by each conference, I have significantly enhanced my skills in public speaking and diplomacy. My experience has not only deepened my understanding of global issues but also instilled in me a passion for creating positive change. Beyond my involvement in debate and diplomacy, I am an avid movie enthusiast who enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as travelling. I promise to do my utmost to create an engaging and enjoyable experience for everyone. I look forward to meeting you all soon and working together to make this conference truly unforgettable! If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me or my co-chair.

Juan Robledo Bohorquez
Hello future delegates, and welcome to PANAMUN XXXIII! My name is Juan Daniel Robledo Bohórquez, now a Senior at the International School of Panama. I will be one of your chairs for the United Nation Disarmament and International Security Committee this PANAMUN session. I was born in China and lived there for 6 months, after which I moved to Ecuador for 4 years; My 13 Years in Panama went thereafter. My first MUN conference was in 9th grade as Guatemala for UNEP, and to be honest I didn’t enjoy it that much. I was shy, and the environment was overwhelming. But as the years went on and I attended more conferences, PANAMUN grew on me more and more; Culminating with my performance as the delegate of China for IOM last year. I gave it the same passion I did for playing games with my friends or writing stories and books, and it paid off in the end. The more you give PANAMUN a chance the more it will grow on you, just as it did for me, and kindle a flame for justice and virtue that’s hard to put down. Even if it is your first time or last, I ask that you give this conference your all so we can all enjoy a fun and intense debate. I look forward to meeting you and if you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to me or my co-chair. Good luck delegates!

Hi! My name is Victoria Perdomo and I am a junior at ISP. I am from Venezuela and I’ve been at ISP for almost 11 years. This is going to be my fourth year participating in PANAMUN and my first year working as an admin. As an admin, I will try to make the debate this year as entertaining as I can. I am super excited to be an admin this year and to participate in PANAMUN for the last time!
