Paloma Rezler
Hello, delegates! My name is Paloma Reszler, I am a Junior at the International School of Panama. I am extremely excited to be one of your United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) chairs! Although I was born in New York, I am Swiss and moved to Geneva where I lived for 8 years, and moved to Panama in 8th grade. Throughout my 3 years being a student at ISP I have participated in 3 MUN conferences, gathering experiences worldwide from PANAMUN to THIMUN. I started my MUN journey in my freshman year of high school where I developed public speaking and diplomacy skills in the UNDP committee. Additionally, MUN has further developed my research, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Outside of school I pursue track and field and enjoy spending time with my family and friends. As a chair, I am excited to guide you all through a fruitful debate where you can enjoy debate and get to learn about the world as much as I do. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me or my co-chair, and we’ll be happy to help. I’m excited to see and support you as you develop creative solutions!

Marina Perez
Hello, Delegates! My name is Marina Perez Balladares Muller, and I am a Junior at the International School of Panama. I am delighted to be one of the chairs for the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) for PANAMUN XXXIII. I was born in Panama, and have been in ISP since 1st grade, this year being my 11th year attending this school. Furthermore, I had my first experience in debate as a freshman delegate in PANAMUN, and it taught me many useful skills. During this conference, I acknowledged that I truly enjoyed formulating arguments, challenging myself, and most importantly, developing my public speaking skills. Aside from debating, I enjoy many sports, such as long-distance running, tennis, and skiing, and take these activities really seriously. MUN conferences are amazing opportunities not only to improve diplomacy skills and expand your knowledge, but to meet new people, form new connections, and make countless memories. As one of your chairs. I will ensure that these debates are enriched and foster fun, interactive learning experiences. I look forward to seeing you all in October and having the opportunity to engage in a meaningful, thrilling debate. If you have any questions or concerns during the preparation process, I am more than happy to help, so don't hesitate to reach out! Best of luck to you all.
