I am currently a Senior at the International School of Panama and have participated in PANAMUN for 7 years. I love to swim and bake for my friends, but most importantly, I adore debate. I was born in La Paz, Bolivia and have lived in the United States, Jamaica, and finally Panama, where I have lived for the last 8 years. I look forward to meeting you all in October and taking part in this amazing committee. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Good luck and see you soon!

Victor Veloso

Hello delegates. My name is Victor Veloso. Currently, I am a sophomore attending the International School of Panama (ISP). During this conference of PANAMUN XXXIII, I will be one of your Historical Security Council Chairs. I am 16 years old and was born in São Paulo, Brazil, I was raised there for about 7 years and for the other 9 have lived here in Panama. I have attended as a delegate to 5 MUN conferences, 3 PANAMUN, 1 THIMUN, and 1 GMUN. Some hobbies I enjoy are playing football/soccer and travelling I am excited to see how you, the delegates, will raise solutions to the issues we have presented. MUN conferences are events to accustom the next generation to raising their voices in finding solutions to the issues which plague our world, in our committee, however, finding better solutions to past issues. I hope you to be well versed in procedure and conduct during conference. For any help required, my co-Chair and I would be happy and able to assist, specially to ensure meaningful and deep debate.

Jacobo Soto

Hi, I am Jacobo Soto. I am from Colombia, and I am a senior at ISP. I have been part of ISP since 7th grade. Before that, I lived in Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, and Guatemala. In my spare time, I enjoy kickboxing and going to the gym. My first experience with Panamun was in 9th grade, where I was a delegate on the community Social, cultural, and Humanitarian committee. In the following years, I continued participating as a delegate. This year, I am excited to take on a new role as an admin. Being part of the administration team allows me to ensure that everyone has a delightful experience in Panamun.
