Oriana Rodriguez
Hello delegates! I'm Oriana Rodriguez, a Junior at the International School of Panama (ISP), and I'm thrilled to be one of your chairs for PANAMUN XXXIII in the United Nations Development Program. I was born in the United States; however, I have been raised in various countries, including Georgia, Peru, Colombia, Paraguay, and now, Panama. My passion for debate began in 9th grade while discussing women's rights in Washington, D.C and which led me to my first PANAMUN, where I participated in the United Nations Women's Committee. Since then, I have attended METMUN and will continue as a chair for this committee. Both experiences have deepened my passion for understanding people's problems, forming my views, and exchanging ideas with others who may think differently than I do. Through the MUN, I've learned to understand each person's perspective and needs more effectively and, with the help of the MUN, develop solutions tailored to them. I've learned the value of respecting others' opinions and always being diplomatic. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing volleyball, and traveling to explore new places while meeting new people. As a chair, I'm committed to creating a supportive learning experience for every delegate, ensuring a safe space for everyone's views. I look forward to meeting each delegate and hearing the debates that will take place.

Maya Laila
Hello delegates! My name is Maya Laila and I’m currently a senior at the Academia Hebrea de Panamá. I am excited to be given the opportunity to be one of your chairs for the United Nations Development Programme this year! My MUN journey began when I was in 9th grade when I founded my school’s debate club, PANAMUN being my first MUN conference ever, being part of the UNPBC committee. Since then, I’ve attended over 5 conferences in Panama and 4 online. One of the biggest lessons that I’ve gotten through MUN is that no matter what, it’s extremely important to speak up for what you believe in. In my free time I enjoy watching Formula 1, playing Volleyball, travelling and most important of all, spending time with my family and friends. I commit to try my best and ensure that we all have a great conference. I look forward to meeting you all in October! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to me, or my co-chair!
ADMIN

Valerie Kadadihi
My name is Valerie Kadadihi, and I was born in the United States but consider myself Venezuelan. I have been a dolphin since pre-K, and now I am a soon-to-be 11th grader. In my time at ISP, I have developed a voice in the community, standing up for what I think is right and improving my leadership skills. With this came my passion for debate, mainly in politics, but honestly, when given the chance in PANAMUN, I took it for granted. This year, I was hoping to be different, making an effort in my debates and later applying for the role of admin. Looking forward to interacting with fellow delegates and being more involved in such an inspiring conference for many. Furthermore, in my free time, I enjoy doing things such as; playing soccer, staying active, and good company with the people I love.
