Nicole Najar
Hello delegates! My name is Nicole Najar, and I am currently a Junior at the International School of Panama. I am incredibly excited and honored to be one of your chairs for PANAMUN XXXIII this year! Even though I joined the ISP community in 5th grade, my MUN journey began in 9th grade, and since then, I have participated in several conferences, both in Panama and internationally. These remarkable experiences have helped me grow as a speaker, a leader and a global thinker. Beyond MUN, I enjoy drawing, track and field, and have a deep passion for photography. I believe MUN is an empowering platform that challenges delegates to think critically, collaborate effectively, and embrace diverse perspectives to address the world’s most urgent issues. I am truly looking forward to seeing all the hard work you've put into preparing for this conference. The same way, I will try my best to ensure this is an exciting, engaging, and memorable experience with everyone. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!

Alejandra Chan
Hello Delegates! My name is Alejandra Chan. I am currently a sophomore in high school at the International School of Panama. I am very excited to be one of the chairs of the International Organization of Migration! Although I was born in Panama neither of my parents are Panamanian, my mom is Colombian and my dad is Chinese. I have gone to ISP for my whole life and I consider myself Panamanian. This will be my second time in PANAMUN and my first time being a Chair. I enjoyed attending PANAMUN XXXII and now have a love for debate and leading. I look forward to meeting new delegates and showing them an incredible experience in PANAMUN XXXIII. I enjoy volleyball, and spending time with my friends. MUN is an amazing way to speak up and learn about topics happening around the world. MUN will also help your public speaking skills and research abilities. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me or your co-chair. Looking forward to meeting you all!
