Michelle Aedo

Hello, delegates! My name is Michelle Aedo, and I will be one of your chairs this year for PANAMUN XXXIV in the United Nations Commission on Science and Technology for Development (UNSTD). I am currently a senior at the International School of Panama. Some of my hobbies outside MUN include volleyball and the piano. My first introduction to MUN was in 8th grade when I lived in Mexico City. Since then, I’ve participated in PANAMUN and another conference. This will be my second time chairing for PANAMUN. Throughout my debate and MUN experience, I’ve learned to voice my opinions, discuss complex issues, and think on my feet. I’ve developed a love for debate, making it central to my high school experience. I am thrilled to be working with you all! Please feel free to reach out to my co-chair or me if you have any doubts or concerns.

Antonella Rumman

Hello! My name is Antonella Rumman, and I’m a senior at the American School
of Tegucigalpa. I am excited to be your chair in the United Nations Commission
on Science and Technology for Development this PANAMUN XXXIV!! I was born
and raised in Managua, Nicaragua, and moved to Honduras later in my life. I’ve
been doing MUN for 7 years, and this will be my fifth time participating as a
Chair! I started MUN from a young age, and since then, I’ve attended countless
conferences all over the world, inspiring me to study International Relations and
Diplomacy. I have a deep love for MUN, and I hope to share that with you at this
upcoming conference!! In addition to debate, I also enjoy playing volleyball at
my school (Opposite and Left-Side Hitter), baking, and spending time with my
family and friends. I am thrilled to meet you all, and I can’t wait to hear all of
your insightful arguments and innovative ideas! Don’t hesitate to reach out if
you have any questions!
