Claudio Amaro
Hello Delegates! My name is Claudio Amaro, and I'm excited to be your chair for PANAMUN XXXIII! I am honored to be your chair of the United Nations Commission on Science and Technology for Development. I am currently a senior at ISP, and this will be my thirteenth and final year at ISP. I was born in Mexico, but at six months old, I moved to Panama for five years. I then moved to Argentina but came back to Panama after just two years. This will be my fourth year participating in PANAMUN, but my first as a chair. As a delegate, PANAMUN has taught me many skills, like public speaking and debating, especially last year when I participated in the FIFA committee. PANAMUN is an amazing experience and opportunity, and I enormously encourage you to make the most of it. I am eager to meet you and to try to make this debate as fun and engaging as possible. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Stephanie Pan
Hello Delegates! My name is Stephanie Alejandra Pan Luo. I am a junior at the International School of Panama. I am excited to be the chair of UNCSTD (The United Nations Commission on Science and Technology for Development) for PANAMUN XXXIII. My family originated from China; however, I was born in Panama and have lived in Panama ever since. My first PANAMUN conference was in 9th grade; I was a delegate for UNESCO and had a lot of fun. PANAMUN has left such a great experience in me that I kept participating up until now! I’m part of many clubs, such as VEX Robotics, IGEM, and Nearspace. Besides school activities, I also enjoy surfing and spending time with my friends and family. PANAMUN is the perfect opportunity to create impactful solutions for worldwide problems and meet new friends. I will be expecting respectful and kind attitudes towards delegates, chairs, admins, and other staff members. I look forward to meeting you! And if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out via email, st-115041@isp.edu.pa.
