Michelle Aedo
Hello, delegates! My name is Michelle Aedo, and I will be one of your chairs this year for PANAMUN XXXIV in the United Nations Commission on Science and Technology for Development (UNSTD). I am currently a senior at the International School of Panama. Some of my hobbies outside MUN include volleyball and the piano. My first introduction to MUN was in 8th grade when I lived in Mexico City. Since then, I’ve participated in PANAMUN and another conference. This will be my second time chairing for PANAMUN. Throughout my debate and MUN experience, I’ve learned to voice my opinions, discuss complex issues, and think on my feet. I’ve developed a love for debate, making it central to my high school experience. I am thrilled to be working with you all! Agustina Martinez
Hello delegates! My name is Agustina Martinez de Hoz, and I am thrilled to be participating as an admin for this year's conference. I am a junior at the International School of Panama, and I am from Argentina but consider both Argentina and Panama my homes, having lived here for many years. This will mark my third PANAMUN conference, having previously attended twice as a delegate and currently as part of the admin team. Outside of school I play soccer both inside and outside of ISP. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Over the past years my interest in debate has grown, meeting people from other countries and working alongside them. These past experiences considering MUN and extracurricular activities have helped shape my ability to work in teams, communicate effectively, and stay committed to goals. I look forward to meeting all of you and what you bring to this year’s debate, making this year's conference unforgettable. See you at PANAMUN XXXIV!
